• Set up the platform infrastructure and develop the core features for hosting pre-trained AI models. Integrate with popular open-source model repositories like HuggingFace to allow developers to import pre-trained models.

• Implement basic user management, authentication, and model sharing/selling mechanisms with smart contracts. Leveraging Akash blockchain for the computation.

Q3 2024

• Develop the framework for anonymous collaboration and model improvement.

• Implement the incentive mechanism for rewarding contributors who improve the models. Integrate with the Akash blockchain for decentralized and pay-per-use computation power.

• Develop a user-friendly interface for developers to manage their models, track usage, and pay for computation resources.

Q4 2024

• Implement additional features based on user feedback, such as model versioning, model monitoring, and performance tracking.

• Develop tools and documentation to assist developers in building applications on top of the fine-tuned models. Implement advanced features for model sharing, such as access control, licensing, and revenue sharing.
